The Inn is our home. Guest Check-in time is 4-6pm!

We ernestly request that visitors who must arrive any later than 6 pm, must make special arrangments at least 24-hours in advance. We ask that our guests arrive on time, checking-in with suitcases and bags, BEFORE heading out for dinner, etc. Getting to know where to park, how to enter your rooms, and getting aquainted with our house is vitally important to the comfort of ALL of our guests, and the overall enjoyment of your stay.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOM RATES:

We PREFER two-night minimums during high season! (April-Nov.).

But PLEASE DO CALL for specific accommodation requests.

Our Spacious Suites comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Suites range from $175 - $225, depending on the total number of guests and the particular suite reserved. Please contact us for prices.

Two West

Two West includes a roomy bedroom with queen size bed, comfortable sitting area, private bathroom, refrigerator, cable television, air conditioning, and separate entranceway.

* Weekdays: $165.00 per night with breakfast.
Weekends: $185.00 per night with breakfast.

North Suite

The North Suite features a king size bed, fold-out futon, comfortable dining area, large private bathroom, refrigerator, cable television, air conditioning, and separate entranceway.

* Weekdays: $175.00 per night with breakfast.
Weekends: $195.00 per night with breakfast.

Petite Suite

Our Petite Suite is a very cozy bedroom complete with its own living room, kitchenette, private bathroom, cable television, air conditioning, and separate entranceway.

* Weekdays: $150.00 per night with breakfast.
Weekends: $165.00 per night with breakfast.

Granny's Room

The master bedroom of the old farmstead spaciously features old world charm and elegance with its queen size bed, shared bathroom, cable television, and air conditioning.

* Weekdays: $125.00 per night with breakfast.
Weekends: $135.00 per night with breakfast.

The White Room

The White Room portrays a relaxed, casual ambiance that includes a queen size bed, shared bathroom, large cable television, and air conditioning.

* Weekdays: $110.00 per night with breakfast.
Weekends: $120.00 per night with breakfast.

Terms and Conditions

• Pricing DOES NOT include 8% sales tax + 3% room tax, which goes to support our local tourism board!
• Rates are subject to change without notice. Thank You.
• We accept CASH or CHECK for payment, but do ask for a CREDIT CARD NUMBER to secure the reservation.
• CANCELLATIONS: 20% non-refundable deposit for any cancellation within one month of reservation. The entire reservation is non-refundable if cancelled within two weeks of scheduled arrival time.
• Cancellation policy varies for Special Events / Graduations / Special Weekends/ Reservations made three months+ in advance.
• Please inquire about specific cancellation policy for your stay when booking your accommodations.
• For everyone's comfort there is no smoking in the house, but smoking is permitted outdoors.
• $10.00 charge per extra person for full breakfast.
• $25.00 charge per person extra for unplanned sleeping guests.
• $25.00 pet fee. Please bring animal crates, leashes, pet bed, and any other accessories required.
• Please let us know if you have any food allergies, dietary needs, physical limitations, or any other needs.
